You can quickly and easily send case information from Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM Online), Microsoft Dynamics CRM (onprem), and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (onprem) to Azure DevOps Server. This server was previously Microsoft's Team Foundation Server, or TFS 2013-2019. Most common is the escalation or resolution of bugs and issues that require development resources. You can search TFS, link cases with existing work items, or "send case" to TFS to create a new work item. After development is completed, CRM cases are synchronized to key TFS work items information. This includes CRM update notifications. Not all bugs are created equal. You can escalate cases that require development. Bidirectional links should be established between cases and TFS work item. Based on case field values, create new TFS work item automatically --- in the correct projects! All work items and templates are supported.
