Description
Imerso stands out as the leading platform for construction monitoring, enabling the creation of highly accurate Digital Twins. By utilizing this innovative technology, users can reduce expenses, expedite project timelines, minimize travel, and enhance facility management through unmatched insights and reliable as-built data. The platform sends alerts for any deviations in fieldwork and allows users to append notes and comments directly to physical objects. Measurements are taken with millimeter-level precision, and online collaboration is facilitated seamlessly. Users can access a 3D Digital Model of the structure that reflects its current condition with pinpoint accuracy. This technology captures every phase of construction from initiation to completion. Remote teams can explore the virtual job site together from any web browser, simulating an on-site experience while taking measurements or generating status reports. Issues arising from deviations in plans can be identified within minutes, eliminating unexpected costs, delays, and conflicts with partners. With an overview of the progress and performance of all trades at a glance, stakeholders gain unparalleled insights into their teams, projects, and effective practices, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency throughout the construction process.
Description
Designed for organizations that create extensive and intricate prototypes, the aim is to minimize the variety of prototype iterations produced. smartAR™ superimposes a digital counterpart onto a live camera view of a tangible object, ensuring that the CAD model’s scale, placement, and orientation align with the physical item. Users view the digital twin through a tablet, which is closely monitored by an external motion tracking system that observes both its position and orientation. This tracking facilitates remarkable precision when aligning the digital twin with the physical object. As users navigate around the real-world item, the virtual images displayed on the tablet stay consistently fixed in relation to the object. Furthermore, virtual data can be accurately positioned on the real-world object, achieving a precision of better than 3 millimeters in most stationary perspectives. The TGX software from Mechdyne allows for seamless access to high-resolution CAD files from centralized workstations or servers, effectively reducing latency on the tablet, thus enhancing the user experience. This combination of technologies not only streamlines the prototyping process but also ensures that users can interact with their designs in a more effective and realistic manner.
