james_couzens's Journal: Linksys is delinquent in their GPL compliance

I have been attempting to obtain updated firmware from Linksys for the RV042 VPN router (specifically although I'm equally interested in updated firmware for other devices), with little success. I've been meaning to journal my acitivites for some time and so I thought, what better place than here?!

So I've converted my correspondence with Linksys into downloadble PDF documents which I'll link here:

If you want to help, please EMAIL [e-mail] and tell them you are REQUESTING (don't demand!) updated GPL firmware for ANY Linksys hardware that you have.
