philovivero's Journal: W00t. Blender!

Back in August, I finally decided to learn 3D. I decided to learn Blender. What was I going to do? Make some triangles and some squares and render them with radiosity, reflections, shadow maps, and crazy photon lights?

No, I decided modelling was where the challenge was. I modelled a full human woman. With hair. And skin. Then I rigged her. Then I copied her and posed her in an environment.

I put some of the artwork on Faemalia dot Com, the website for Erotic and Nude Fine Art, and I put the .blend's with renders on my personal Blender page.

Hopefully people will enjoy them, and most preferably, IMPROVE them. Given you can download the .blend's, if you've ever been interested in organic modelling, rigging, posing, rendering, and postprocessing, you can probably get a large amount of mileage from using my model as a basis for your new works.
