Could someone send a gmail invite to [e-mail] for me? My gf needs one and I haven't got any right now...

So since I got your invote and have been using Gmail every day, I have only had one invite.

Any theories on what controls the amount of invites handed out to each user?

I think wave of invites that included your first invite only allowed 1 invite per user. However, before that one, I was give another set of 6 invites.
