We walk in that park all the time. Pretty wierd. The local media is trying to figure out which dog it was. There's one dog that was playing frisbee around that time (he said the dog was carrying a frisbee) but the owner doesn't remember the dog running up to anyone. There's another one who was there who greets everyone but she wasn't known to be carrying a frisbee that day.

Anyway, the whole thing is sorta creepy. This guy wanted to go on a killing spree, and the people around home were "too nice to kill" s
