Solidus full-stop has a very obvious title read in Ask the Robotic Psychiatrist, this is PHB style, thus the author is a buffoon.

On a side note, perhaps related, Many Internet Users Happy With Dial-Up states "and with the President of the United States himself". That's just hilarious.
