Pii's Journal: Slashdot problems?

Over the last few days, I've been having issues getting to Slashdot. Server timeouts, graphics failing to load, etc...

Anyone else noticing these kind of issues?

I can't help but wonder if maybe /. has been the target of a DDoS.

Just connectivity in general.

On Friday, I could barely get to the site at all. Was getting "500 Internal Server Errors" and the like.

Up until about 30 minutes ago today, page loads were crawling for me, and image loads were timing out, leaving broken image icons all over the place.

Things look ok right now...

I haven't had any difficulties anyplace else on the Web (Cisco, Cnet, google, etc.).

Strange.
