Anyone know how to break a Slashdot addiction?

I have been reading /. for a long time, and it was good.
I then got a login for /., and it was good.
I started meta'ing for /., and it was good.
I started moderating for /., and it was good.
I tried to stop /.'ing, and it was NOT good.

/. is good, /. is great, all hail the great and powerful /., and it was good.
