  • You've posted a couple of things in (now archived) discussions about injured joints and remedies.

    Think about Tai Chi (I prefer Wu-style for health-benefit). After hitting the point of diminishing returns on phys. therapy for a torn PCL (knee injury / surgery) I started practice of tai chi.
