Just saw this in "The Introvert Advantage". Even though misnamed and misguided, the book has some interesting points.

One i just saw is that "small talk" consists of four parts. Openers, sustainers, transitioners, and closers. Never thought of it that way. Perhaps that will make it easier.

Alternate closer: 3 seconds of Burnination at flame level 4, blue- instantly reduces human to ash.
