Just submitted a story on SCO being forced to show infringing code. Here's the text of the submission:

According to eWeek, as well as other sources, SCO is going to be compelled by the court to show the code that they claim to be infringing. They also have to document where they distributed code, which could end the speculation that SCO themselves put the disputed code into the kernel.

Could this be my second submission accepted? Stay tuned.

Maybe it just blended in with all the other SCO stories. And yes, it's been rejected. Oh well.

Yea, no joke. I made a comment on the ubiquity of SCO stories. It went up and down for a while between funny, insightful, redundant and overrated and eventually ended up at +1. I mean, they should really just have an SCO back every friday at 5 or something.

I suppose if it gets too annoying, they do all seem to fall under the Caldera category. I suppose we could just block those stories.

However, I don't want to miss the party when Darl is shown to be a raving lunatic and the GPL is proven in court.
