As someone with excellent karma, I'm wondering how often I should expect to get mod points. 'Cause it's been a LOOOONG time.

I seem to get moderation points about once a month. Am I just lucky? Or is there some behavior that skews moderation frequency? I seem to post on average a little more than once a week. I metamod about once a week to every other week. I only have about 8 fans, but no foes.

It seems to me the way to hand out moderation points is either completely randomly among a rather undifferentiated group of acceptable candidates, or to target their ideal audience. (for advertising revenue, advertiser's preferred profile
