Frank Baker Jackson - Landsman USN. USS Michigan (nee Wolverine), Based Near Sandusky Ohio. 1880's
William Emmert - Technician Grade Five US Army. WW2 Killed by Friendly fire while driving a dump truck in Luxembourg.
Sarah Jackson (Emmert) - Captain US Army WAC, WW2.
Frank Jackson Sr. - US Army. WW2
Calvin Peter Thierry - Mechanic Army Air Corps. North Africa, Italy, WW2
Frank Jackson Jr. - CPL USMC. Forward Observer Radio Operator, 2nd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, from June of 1965 to August of 1966 - Vietnam. 3 Bronze Stars. 2 Purple Hearts. Survived 2 Landmines and 2 Helo crashes. Now Disabled and almost 40 years later, my Dad can still kick my ass.

In front line combat and in support roles, a lot of fine folks have given up a part of their lives so you can sit on your can in relative peace and watch Reality shows.
