According to Jello Biafra, groundbreaking musican/songwriter Wesley Willis died yesterday at the age of 40.

Willis left behind a body of work spanning fifty albums, many of which advocated fellating various animals. Funeral arrangements are unavailable.

  • I met him for the first time at Delilah's in Chicago while I was having a beer with some friends. I'd seen him outside the Metro selling CDs a few times and always thought that he was a bootlegger. I spoke to him for a whole two minutes before he convinced me to buy his CD. I have a few of them now. I would buy one every time I ran into him somewhere and he had his sales kit.
