The guy in chains... who put him there? Other Africans. Since you and Jeremiah are clearly ignorant of history, the vast majority of slaves were prisoners of war, captured by other blacks.
(Bypassing the obvious intention here that, since whites were not the original enslavers and merely perpetuated it, they were somehow less or even not respponsible for it...)
"Other blacks" didn't cart them across the ocean to the Americas, homey.

While our Islamic or Zoroastrian (and Christian / Jew hating) friend Jeremiah would like us the believe different, the reason Western Culture has grown to such lofty socio-economic stature is quite simply Christianity - which as you well know, condemns both slavery and racism.
