Now that all you guys abandoned us and gave your soul to the devil (for what, I'll never know), over 95% of the journals are nothing but spam now. Yeah, the interface is pretty much borked, but the workarounds aren't that difficult, and you can know that whatever you post here will stay up for a very long time, with no threat of banishment or loss of your account. Can you say that about the new house of cards you moved into?

If you use the dynamic interface then that doesn't happen. It's been years since I've had to navigate away from a page to reply.. there are definitely still a lot of issues though.

The only catch is the opinions I offer through posts. I don't see what data they can sell about us...
Workarounds, workarounds... (Score:2)
Sometimes I think they're borking it on purpose just to get rid of IE6. In IE6 you can't see comments at all.
Of course I found a workaround -- "view source" and save it, then open the saved copy and the CSS and formatting are gone, you get straight HTML with all the comments.
That works with the SJ-R's "premium" content, too. They give any IP address 20 views per month, after that the page loads with a "you have reached your limit" message popping up and covering it. So at work you can never see those storie
