Well, this is the first time I've written in this journal. Pretty sad. Comment if you actually read this. My guess is...no one will.

So, what's going on with me? I can't seem to get my MD sims to run correctly. I did find some unphysical bumps in the solute potentials. I think the splines are whizzing out of control, but I don't know.

    Maybe you should do an actual experiment, then floating-point granularity won't matter nearly as much. I'm wondering if computer simulation is actually starting to retard our progress in the sciences.
