Jeremiah Cornelius's Journal: "I Found an FBI Tracking Device on My Car!"

This in from Reddit. A couple of kids go to local mechanic, and find a specialised GPS tracker, as used by the FBI, attached near the muffler.

"Me and my friend went to the mechanic today and we found this on his car. I am pretty confident it is a tracking device by the FBI but my friend's roommates think it is a bomb..any thoughts? ...I should also clarify that the FBI had interest in my friend since his father passed away, as he was a religious leader and they've made attempts at contacting my friend to spew racist questions."

To really freak out the org that planted it, 3-4 people should offer it on eBay, all with slightly different serial numbers, all in different parts of the country,

They'll wonder just how many of them are "going missing."

Or find a car same make and model and color, and stick it under it. Follow the owner home, then user a reverse phone lookup to call them and tell them there's something weird sticking out from under their car.
