I generally suck at math (as a matter of fact, I had a math-anxiety dream last night), but I just made some money writing a 35-page course document on inferential statistics. Half my best friends do math for a living, and I love it...I always have someone I can call and say, "I don't understand this ... can you help me with it?"

The secret is to surround yourself with people who are good at the stuff you're not; once you have a coterie of loyal friends/information sources, you're practically invincible! ;)
