Here's one I'd like to see them investigate. Who is looking at the steel to see if any radioactive waste is being slipped in, just to get rid of it cheap. I remember some years back they were having a prob with Brazilian (IIRC) steel like that, some of it going into cooking pots...

There was a us company mentioned in there I think. Either way, the ultimate responsibility goes to the manufacturer. If bucks or yuans need to be passed, that will happen in the courts.

But can you imagine? All those folks rebuilding after Katrina especially, now they have to rip it all out and start over again...man...
