The surgery? I hope if it were needed, that you are past the worst emotional and psychological repercussions. My dear friend went through this about 7 years ago, and was subject to a number of effects that were being treated with Prozac. He discovered that pacing himself, with Bikram Yoga sessions, were more beneficial than pharmacology.
