ASCII art portrait (Score:2)
back when I posted at K5 there was a fellow named "K5 ASCII reenactment players". He did my portrait [kuro5hin.org] as a comment in How to quit smoking cigarettes [kuro5hin.org]. As he was a fan, his art appeared in a few of my diaries as well.
Considering he'd never seen me in meatspace before, he didn't do too bad a job. Except the lack of a mustache. And lack of glasses (I have a goatee these days, and don't wear glasses any more).

Duuuuude - K5ARP was the BEST thing about K5 for a long, long time. Hilarious, and timely. I wish I knew who that was.

He quit posting when (he said) his wife had a baby (which he hilariously chronicled with ascii art). I agree, he was the best thing about K5 for a long time.
