chill's Journal: Papers Please - Part 2

Michael Righi's preliminary hearing was scheduled for September 20th, but was canceled at the last moment. There is no comment from Mr. Righi on his blog, yet but a Cleveland area newspaper has the story.

I'm disappointed that Mr. Righi wasn't able to pursue the case in regards to the wrongful arrest. I am interested in hearing the reasons behind it. Ohio's law is pretty clear, assuming Righi's blog entry on the incident is factually correct.
