So I took the mustang to the shop the other day and told the service manager "See it pops out of gear when I drop out of warp."
He looked at me like I was a dork. Of course the mechanic found nothing wrong. Why does that always happen? It's like when I goto the shop they never can replicate the problem I am having. Is it just me?
So $700 later the car is running fine again. Needed some kind of air valve, and all the fluids changed, and the drive belt has been replaced. I'm all kinds of poor, now.

I'm glad you got the bearing fixed. That's a pretty major thing if it breaks while driving!

What year Mustang? After many years of not knowing what the heck they were doing with the model, they seem to have figured it out again recently. When I was in high school, one of my friends had a '67 (IIRC) Mustang convertible, which we had a lot of fun with. It was kind of a strange green color, but he liked it.

The Mustang II was an abomination. They couldn't have done much worse if they were trying for something ugly. Yours is a nice one, from what I have seen. What color? For some reason, I always think of Mustangs (in general) as red or maybe black.

It's been a long time since I read Augustine. Perhaps it's time for another look. I do remember the "difficult to digest" aspect.
