Journal GMontag's Journal: David Weigel has a fit over a database error 7
David Weigel is having a laughing fit, at the expense of military famalies, over an Army database error.
Approximately 275 letters asking troops to 'reenlist' (edit: not sure what they mean, Officers do not reenlist as we are not enlisted) or stay in were inadvertantly sent to wounded or dead soldiers, so this is somehow an occasion to bash the civilian leadership and have a big laugh at the expense of the famalies who got the letters.
It doesn't look like he's laughing (Score:2)
and I'm not either. A "database error" is a human error, and it had a hurtful impact on people who have already been gravely hurt. It needs to be addressed.

And you're using a 50 word BLOG POST to make some kind of obscure point. Get a life already.
