Just because. Allen seems to be a pretty nice guy, and reasonable. Like all of the people in my Friends list, he seems like someone I wouldn't mind having a beer and a political discussion with.

Not sure what to make of that synopsis. I was kinda going for "total jerk", and must have gone off course. It's really difficult to deviate too far from normal (especially in a place where normal cuts such a wide path). (Kidding)

Well, thanks for that. For my own purpose - politics is best defined by history, and forgetting history is the most common reason politicians make dumb choices. In that, I have a tendancy of disagreeing with both sides quite often. I just try my best to frame my disagreeme
