Tonight I am almost feeling functional. My best friend dragged me out for pizza a little while ago and I think it is exactly what I needed, more so for the fresh air than the pizza (although the pizza was appreciated just the same). I am tired of being tired, and I am tired of being sick.

Ever onward. But for now, I'm going back to bed.

I suppose that I would admit that I am in serious need of something, though I am not exactly sure that "help" is the correct classification. ;-) Actually, though, a hug comes to mind - and that would definitely be helpful.

(It's a great movie, by the way. They cast it incredibly well. Tilda Swinton has the icy stare down perfect.)

And thanks, I did have a pleasant birthday, as I am now officially no longer twentysomething... but instead, I am 30.

I remember when I was a teenager and thought 30 was older than dirt. Now.. nope. I don't think 30 is older than dirt. The youth group kids at church gave me a little grief, though.

I'll just have to yell at them to get off my lawn or something.
