If you're in the Sacramento metro area and would like to join us but have limited free time, tell me here what dates and times work for you and I'll try to pick a date and time that works for the most people.
Chevy's seems to have ample room for a lot of people; they have a 35-seat room in the back, and a long cantina room up front that probably seats many more.
Let me know what I can do to tweak the event to let you join us. I picked the default date of October 20th from 8pm to 10pm as a starting point.

I doubt it. I chose it because I knew they'd have seating for as many people as we could drum up, but we can still choose an alternate location. I haven't made a reservation or commitment yet. Suggestions? Presume seating for at least a dozen.

I am no longer able to attend in the timeframe allowed for the party, so the party needs a new host. I tried to formally cancel it, but the button appears to do nothing (perhaps there was a short window for that). It also doesn't appear that I can simply assign a new formal host. So be forewarned, someone needs to informally coordinate the party from here, print a table placard etc., and in the absence of that assume the party isn't taking place. I haven't received any messages about t-shirts, so presum
