Conor O'Neills is likely to be on the noisy and crowded side, especially around that time on a Saturday night. (Unless their "Celtic Room" next door is available? I don't know if they'll let large groups take it over if they're not doing a big banquet or something.)
Leopold's, a couple blocks south of there, might be a little less busy, though I haven't been there on a weekend night recently....

Pizza House isn't really a bar (though they do have beer), and Creekside Grill isn't downtown, so I'm not sure those meet CmdrTaco's requirements. Though my personal vote would be for breaking the requirements even more and moving the date two days later (much easier to find space on a Monday night!) and holding it at Leopold Bros.
In any case, this looks to be well beyond the just-drop-by-some-bar scale, unless the goal is to see what a slashdotting looks like in real life. So somebody needs to call up

Failing there, I'd attempt to reserve a chunk of Leopolds. Either way, I'd stay off of Main, State, or South U.
