Tesla's UI is good and works very well.
Incidentally, Tesla also doesn't have CarPlay.
I don't miss any of the Apps I have on my iPhone on the Tesla UI.
I tried to listen to one of the technical podcasts I subscribe to (after it got access to that app after and update), but it's too distracting while driving, so I quit that.
It might actually be that the employee in question was on a PIP.
But he or she got the others to join protesting getting back to the office and that makes it a bit less clear cut.
In any case, given Amazon's past history, I have a huge problem giving them the benefit of the doubt...
I think, the smallest island of the Canaries, La Gomera, became energy-independent a couple of years ago.
But they have very little tourism and more the likes of "sit somewhere quite and read a book" type of tourism...
I suspect, Hawaii would need to get rid of 90% of their tourists first before becoming more sustainable...
I do own an EV and I believe it's the best car for well over 90% of the population, well over 90% of the time.
But the electricity has to come from somewhere.
Where does Hawaii get it?
Is geothermal feasible and sustainable there, like in Iceland?
And then, there's all the jets and the boats and cruise ships....
His family is wealthy, he'll be ok.
Personally, I find that a bit draconian. It was in a desert after all.
Unlike other YouTubers, his videos are somewhat high quality and he doesn't generate clicks by pissing off other people.

That's when I would enter a theater with a laptop to begin with,
Tesla has found another loophole: they are setting up dealerships on the land of Native Americans.
Because apparently, the "cars only through dealerships" does not apply to them.
If people would use a fresh mask every time they touched it.
People were carrying around their masks for days or weeks - I cannot believe that was healthy or beneficial.
That may very well be the truth - but OTOH, despite the price tag, early users acknowledge that it is almost an out-of-body experience that is hard to put a price-tag on.
The availability of trial devices in the Stores will be key.
I have absolutely no doubt that no one but Apple can produce something like this in the next couple of years.
It seems like no-one at Google can follow through with a project that takes longer than six months before they have enough.
Model 3 can have 20 inch wheels, Model Y 21" and the X (and most other large SUVs of other manufactures) even 22".
It's not only the space required for such a monstrosity, but also the fact that you need lug around a sufficiently sturdy car-jack to actually lift the car (after you've lifted the close to 18kg Uberturbine spare wheel out of the trunk and ideally used the car-jack pads).
I have a 22 year old car with a spare tire that was never used (pristine condition). I have changed tires dozens of times (with my father) - but in good light on our front yard. Nobody wants to change a tire at night, in bad weather and roadside.
Just call roadside assistance and be done with it.
In Europe, it's like 100-200 per year for the whole of Europe-coverage.
Linus is such a pretentious douchebag he used it on THE ENTIRELY WRONG GPU and shrugged his shoulders and didn't care.
Why would he care? The only thing that matters to a Youtuber is likes and subscribes, and that sweet sweet ad revenue.
You forgot the most important thing: Sponsor!
With that, I'd like to draw your attention to today's sponsor....
The opulence of the front office door varies inversely with the fundamental solvency of the firm.
