OK, that -- not so much.

1-1 in the championship round; cumulative 6-4 for the playoffs.

Brady throws three interceptions, but the Patriots still win. I still say the Patriots are beatable.

An ugly game. Whoever calls the plays for the Packers (McCarthy or the OC) really needs to show some more patience establishing the run. Grant only had 13 carries. Yeah, that only got 29 yards, but especially when the game is close (like it was through this contest) establishing the run is critical. Also, Manning completed most of his 254 yards passing to Plexico Burress. Al Harris did not have a good night.

Aside from the disappointing end, this season for the Packers has to be regarded as a big success. Few, if any, were picking them to even make the playoffs as a wildcard, let alone win the division.

Finishing with 13 wins (matching the most wins in a season), winning the division, and a convincing win in the divisional round are all solid accomplishments.

Hopefully, for next season, the Packers will look for someone to assist or replace Harris, a running back to assist Grant, and some kind of scheme that doesn't give up running the ball after 13 carries.

The Patriots are well off the
