What a waste of time reading this was!

Never once were the premises of the workplace questioned - why do you need a boss at all? If you have a system that makes it most likely that assholes will succeed, why not change the system? the article is just hand wringing, with a few bits of measly tripe appeals to "the human condition." Not once does this article even mention the word "union."

Scoopy writes: "The Sacramento Bee reports that a 28-year-old Chico, CA man was killed Monday after he lost control of his car while working on his laptop computer while driving, according to the California Highway Patrol.

"We have reason to believe he was operating his laptop because it was still on and plugged into the cigarette lighter," said CHP Cmdr. Scott Silsbee."
