That could easily be 66% and optimism.

http://www.isup.me/facebook.co... also verifies that it's dead.
For how many billions (trillions?) that the F22 has gone over budget, underperformed, and doesn't really have any particular need except politically, 400 million is a drop in the bucket. Give NASA the F22 budget and prepare to be amazed.
Why does TFA mention that it is first come, first serve, but not provide a link to where a person should make a claim?
5% survival is not being decimated. That would be 90% survival. If the guy is a scientist of sorts, you'd think he could get such a simple thing correct.
Please. if there is a piece of software that I am using, the only reason that I *want* the changelogs are to see if it is worth upgrading and risking other bugs in order to fix the issue I'm stuck with. If there's software that I don't feel a horrendous burden from using it; I'd still like to know what has changed and why I should grab the newest version vs "misc bug fixes".
I wonder if the device sends out two pulses in quick succession to cancel out background noise?
Someone already hacked the Emergency network in Montana last year to make it report that there were zombies.
I got the alert 6 times. By the time I got it the first time, I'd already seen the alert elsewhere. Every single time it went off, I was still not in a position to see *that* car much less any car. Had I received it once, cool, no issues whatsoever. When it blows up my phone every 5 minutes, I'm going to disable it. I think giving it 30 min of being obnoxious was plenty generous and I don't much care if you think that makes me a terrible person.
I got the message six times. I was in a bar and had already seen the keno machines go nuts displaying it. Unless the car drove through the room, there wasn't a damned thing I could do to catch someone a few hundred miles away. End result is that I disabled Amber alerts on my phone.
One of the primary reasons that Monsanto is making GMO crops is to make them resistant to their pesticides. That way instead of using a little bit of pesticide, farmers are able to completely coat the fields, killing everything except the GMO crops. GMO crops use significantly more toxic chemicals than the non GMO counterparts.
I like my TDI JSW quite a bit as well. Dropped it off yesterday to get some basic service done and they gave me a gas Passat. Way less responsive and significantly higher fuel use. I'm definitely sticking with diesel, despite the pointlessly higher cost these days.
Enhanced pat downs came *after* the scanners. Why would going back to just metal detectors require enhanced pat downs?
The last one I had at Glacier International was very brief. He was clearly more uncomfortable about it than I was.
