Freaking liberals and socialists on /. believe in advancing their agenda by any means necessary, which includes squelching differing points of view by abusing their mod points. What assholes!

What is this liberal nonsense doing on /. ?: Top 25 Censored Media Stories of 2003-2004.

It is biased nonsense and has nothing to do with tech.

Slashdot, news for liberal nerds, and you don't even have to be a nerd anymore.

I love reading /.'s articles, and commenting, and modding when they dole out my 5 mod points, like rations in some Dickens novel.

But this site is so freaking leftist, and the majority of moderators are so intellectually dishonest (with a leftist bias), that I am really turned off. Too bad this site isn't more even-handed. Only through a fair debate is there any hope of discovering the truth. But here, all too often dissenting viewpoints get shouted - rather, modded - down.

But hey, the open source movement is socialist in nature, so what should I expect?
