But, within a virtualized environment with many VMs running inside powerful multi-core servers, a complex virtual network is evolving. All those VMs are communicating outside the view of traditional network security and monitoring tools. Even VMware's founder has a paper talking about these challenges.
As virtualization gains momentum, and grows in enterprise use, even the mainstream press are noticing these issues, and are popping up."
