Submission Mars Rover is 10 years old->

An anonymous reader writes: NASA's Opportunity rover landed on Mars the night of Jan. 24, 2004 PST (just after midnight EST on Jan. 25), three weeks after its twin, Spirit, touched down. Spirit stopped operating in 2010, but Opportunity is still going strong, helping scientists better understand the Red Planet's wetter, warmer past.

Comment App that tastes bad? (Score 1) 311

I can forget keeping it from my baby. He's already too good at grabbing it when I least expect it. What's really needed is an app to keep my 10 month old from teething on it. There's also that disturbing trend of throwing things that doesn't boad well for electronic's in general.

Comment I first contacted energizer (Score 1) 260

What's sadder is that I originally contacted energizer last year and was told

"Thank you for your input. Your email has been forwarded to our software team for review."

Energizer doesn't mention that part;) After auto responses and no updates I finally gave up and sent it to CERT instead.
