... CSS is evaluating Team Mgr's that have been in their level for 30 months to evaluate how to trim Team Mgr. Human Resources is pulling reports to see anyone who has "violated policies" this will assist in a terminations rather than a lay off and severance.
I can't vouch for the veracity of the claim but it's about what you can expect from any Fortune 100 company these days and M$ escpially.
