I believe this is a perfect example of symptom of schizophrenia.
Lady Godiva was well known for her bravity to show her nakedness in presence, but if she showed herself without her noticing -I mean she took off her clothing without consciousness.
As a matter of fact there are some reports some woman was walking naked at night after she fell asleep. -This is somnambulism- sleepwalking.
Jykill and Hyde is another example, they didn't know one another but act as if they are different personel. -this is also another example of sleepwalking.
When I was very young -at age 10, I used to enjoy reading detective story in which Arsene Lupin series was one of my most favorites.
The title was 'Eight Bells' or something, about a woman who has got a somnabulism. She tried to kill Lupin by hatchet only found to fail, Lupin was wearing an iron coat inside his clothing.
I think all they are guilty. They have to be responsible for what they did.
