treal writes "I have a P2P content and communications site concept and need some advice on where to go to put the pieces of the site together. I have been advised by colleagues to see if people out there can help with the next steps the process. I am not a developer, but I am thinking that Linux and Open Source is the way to go. I know what components I would like to have on the site, but they are currently in different software packages in open source, and I would want them put together into one site. Where do I go to find people to get this idea off the paper?"
