jedidiah (1196) writes "It seems that the US is not the only country that likes to "legislate morality" and whatnot. Germany and Sweden have now gotten in trouble for taking steps to outlaw online gambling. This has caused a ruckus in the EU since these laws might not be consistent with EU law overall. Did the Europeans saddle themselves with their own version of the ICC here?
