My lost $20 bills never sent me a charge for $24,000 from halfway around the world from a country I've never been to. If some psycho exGF, worker, political opponent manages to frame you or turn everything off, 2-3 weeks fast pedaling becomes harder, while you starve. In a police state, all kinds of bad things formerly just in the movies, mean YOU.

Before returning to US, medical personnel should have 1-2 days isolated rest and repeat PCR screening. Restricted social activities and monitoring for 21 days after last African contact.

1. The FDA is hindering rapid PCR test kits. Issue temporary permits, buy 10-20 provisional PCR kits for 5 airports and upgrade every 1-2 quarters. F--- the FDA.
2. Stage and slow the return of West African visitors to social exposures.
3. Flush anybody questionable with 2-5 days of IV vitamin C 80,000 mg tid, 50,000 iu vitamin D3 per day, selenium and zinc. These kill viruses.
4. Allow protection for unknowns, like some earlier contagious exposure before gross symptoms
5. Do better allowance in design for superspreader incidents.

My wife takes a pill in asia that is superior to anything in the US, $4 per day. This chemo pill is illegal in the US - its too nice and not 100% toxics (only ~30%). Literally there's a law about it, and I've been yelled at by the FDA about it. The closest, INFERIOR pill in the US has been running $9000 per month has more side effects and shorter life. If the US changes the "anti-nice" rule and legalizes this old generic drug, should US taxpayers owe PFE etc a billion $ per year? It is that simple.

The more severe the virus, higher and more frequent doses used. As support for nasty viral illnesses overseas that have no vaccine, we also take zinc, 50,000 iu of vitamin D3 for 1-2 weeks, lysine and 200-400 mcg selenium. With Ebola, the real question will be when the last chance for a given level of IV vitamin C treatment (gram C/kg wt) 2-3-4 times per day will work, and when it will be too late - too little.

I've already been in a 3rd world situation where people look like over made actors in a sci fi movie with lots and lots of big pustules...and IV vitamin C worked well from the first infusion crusting over in ~8 hours vs 8 more days, over it in several days, so don't yak at me about iffy imagination stuff. However, I believe ignorance and cupidity are mankind's norm.
