Very attractive! My question, does it come with chassis?
You don't understand - the iPad will act as a controller (I would say MIDI controller but a lot of those apps actually use the OSC protocol) and is not meant to run a DAW like Ableton. People will still run their DAWs the usual way - on laptop/desktop machines.
So it's the iPad not as a host, but a remote device for controlling software running in the host.
not true in my case. i've owned a behringer mixer (eurorack) for some four years and did not have any issues with it whatsoever.

if you mean the polling time, you just change the cacti cron job to run every 1 minute (default is 5), and in your data source / data template set Step to 60 (secs). usually you also set Heartbeat to 2x that of Step (so 120).
good news everyone!
Did you mean the SusClientId? AFAIK this is the only identifier WSUS uses to distinguish between computers (they also don't have to be on the same domain).
On new clones you only need to delete the SusClientId key under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate; the update service will take care of assigning the machine a new ID.
Rhythm-based passwords which is also velocity-sensitive. Nice, password complexity determined by how good of a percussionist you are!
