NewYorkCountryLawyer writes "Students from Prof. Nesson's Cyberlaw class and his Evidence class at Harvard Law School will be joining him on the field of battle tomorrow afternoon, at the federal court house in Providence, Rhode Island, in SONY BMG Music v. Tenenbaum. There they will be fighting over whether the RIAA has a right to compel the production of Mr. Tenenbaum's parents' personal computer. We are advised that the proceedings will be tweeted."
