djsmiley writes "One savvy, annoyed user of the xbox360 console, has had enough of companys changing how they treat their customers, when its their product that has gone wrong. At first if your console went wrong within warranty, Microsoft would send you a 'box' to return the console to them in. On the 7th of December, this changed and now the owner of the broken xbox must return it to Microsoft in a box provided by them. One user didn't think this was very fair and decided to ask what happens when they send it back. Apparently Microsoft have a policy of sending your fixed xbox back in the box you sent it in them to, as they don't own any cardboard. So the BIG Box project ( www.thebigboxproject.com ) wants to send their xbox, in a HUGE metal box, donate and make Microsoft reconsider."
