I don't get why people don't like the way Windows 8 boots up with the start menu open. Isn't one of the first things you do open an application? That brings you right to where you need to go.
It seems like some people just wanna call it 3G forever. Some of us like simple things with a number that increases every 5-15 years.
And hope the cop doesn't just lie on the report and say you consented to a search.
Well the overage cost on that plan would be about $900. I agree that is a little extreme, but it is far from the $68k mentioned in the summary. And there would be an average of 3 data overage text messages a day alerting you to the additional fees.
Maybe somebody could make an emulator to run those apps.
So there is more 2G coverage than 3G coverage? I am shocked. And can't many phones turn off 3G service and fall back to 2G?
The fine is already $476. If they can't make money with the fine they should just give up.
You make copying music sound harder than it is. Just drag the music file onto the picture of the device in iTunes.
Yea they should keep making Windows XP more secure. And while they are at it they should keep patching the bugs in Windows 98 and ME as well.
Use the service on one of the many other devices they support maybe?
Just no 3G service....
Yea most major browsers....except Internet Explorer for XP. That is quite a few users there.
I still don't know what a web app is, and I use two iPhones and an iPad daily. I can't even come up with a decent site that explains it. Is it just a link on the home screen to a web page? I never knew so many people used them until these recent articles.
From what I read Google Chrome for Windows XP has the same limitation. Something about using the native OS call for SSL functions. The lack of support for Internet Explorer for Windows XP is a major shortfall for SNI. At my company we can't justify having a site that doesn't work properly in Internet Explorer for XP. I'm sure we aren't unique.
Also my understanding is that some of those browsers, including IE 7/8, don't support SNI in WIndows XP.
