It's not the one they will ship (which is Fedora) but one they have apparently been using during development. Not particularly useful to those of us who have no boards but interesting nonetheless. The article says further, "Among the factors that could make someone subject of an investigation is travel to regions of the world known for terrorist activity, access to weapons or military training, along with the person's race or ethnicity."
