Well instead of adding a 'tax' which will piss people off just in spite, raise the cost of products slighlty instead. A little change won't be noticed by the majority and keep customers content.

Android is the winner here by a land slide but I bet if you poll on a site based on a Windows or an Apple theme then iOs may take the win. Personally i believe Android is king!

Yea I believe that an online host is less secure mainly due to the fact that something like google drive is widely know so that would be more of a target compared to some random ip on the net just from the known existence.
