Journal: Science derived from survival

I changed my signature to "The desire for prognostication is based in survival instincts of which science is a derivative." Mostly to remind me that science seems to be at a stage where it is not entirely motivated by completely consious beings. Most of what goes on in what is generally called science is technical mechanisticism. Very few contributions are of a profoundly aware nature. Or at least from my limited experience of the scientific community.

As always, my ignorance precedes me.
