Submission + - How to ensure internet access in Burma

cariaso writes: "Internet access was cut hours after journalist Kenji Nagai was shot and killed on video by a Burmese soldier. A human rights group with a modest budget wants to know how best to ensure discreet internet access while inside during upcoming elections. I'm inclined to suggest one of these inmarsat BGAN boxes for realtime and lots of usb drives with truecrypted thumbdrives for bulk goods. But I hope /. can provide actual experience or better ideas."
